Bust Or Bail.

Scoped out this spot today. The rail is really low but still nothing to be played with. You can see the comparison of my board to the top of the rail. The rail starts about a little less than a foot away from the first stair; so where you would get on is even lower. Still crazy to imagine the stuff thats gone down. For example the carcass toss put on by Thrasher known as "Bust Or Bail." But still my personal favorite has to be Bastien's kf front board in Sorry.
