Some dude was walking his dog and kid at 1 in the morning and was letting everyone outside the bar play with him. Not sure if its the best parenting skills but it made for a good photo as seen in the first pic above. He tried riding his truck thing inside the bar as well, as seen here. I think just walking his dog wasn't bringing him enough attention so he opted to bring the child along as well. It that sense it was a success.
